Home Base Property Management was created from a clear vision: to offer a more structured, professional, and personal approach to residential property management, one that values both the asset and the experience of the people who call it home.

Our Managing Director

I’m Natasha Roys, and I have been based in Thailand for over 25 years, working across senior management and operations. Over the course of my career, I have working in property management, working with luxury condominiums and residential developments. This has shaped my focus on structure, transparency, and thoughtful, proactive management.

Having worked closely with condominium committees at a senior level, I understand the importance of alignment, clarity, and consistent execution. Today, I lead Home Base Property Management with the same approach, bringing together experience, strong operational foundations, and a highly personalised level of service, supported by a multi-lingual team.
